I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly accommodating staff and Alex, the GM. The service was truly exceptional, making our trip feel personal and special. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the lifts and a great ski-in/ski-out setup. On the flip side, I wish there were more dining options directly within the hotel and the price point might feel a bit steep for some, but honestly, it was worth every penny for the experience we had.
